WHAT SIZE SUCCULENTS AND CACTI DO YOU SELL?
The size of the plants varies, from 2.5 inches up to 4inch pot size,unless specified that it is larger. Plant prices will therefore reflect on the sizes of the pots they are planted in, unless otherwise stated in the case of rare or speciality plant species.

HOW BIG ARE THE LITHOPS?
All the Lithops we sell  are at least 3 years old unless otherwise stated

WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY POLICY

All deliveries are by Royal Mail Second Class Recorded, you will be informed via email when your delivery is dispatched. There must be someone available to sign for the order upon delivery.

Please note :-  If there is no-one available to sign for the parcel then the postman will leave a card for you to arrange a redelivery or to collect it in person from the postal depo

If after seven calendar days you have done neither of these things then the parcel will be sent back to us. In which case the full actual cost of reposting the order back to you will be charged to you, unfortunately

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
All our plants are of top quality and we endeavour to please all our customers. But if for any reason you receive your order and something is damaged or you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 24hrs of receipt either by telephone or email, or via the contacts page.And we will endeavour to handle your concern or complaint as quickly as possible to your satisfaction.

DO YOU KEEP ANY CUSTOMER DETAILS ON YOUR COMPUTER?
No personal data is stored on our system as all payment processing is handled by Paypal. Contact details are only held for communication purposes. And no information of any kind will be passed to third parties.

ARE THE PHOTOS ON THE WEBSITE OF THE ACTUAL PLANT I WILL RECEIVE?
No,Only if it specifies that it is, They are a guide for you to see what the plant will look like, If you wish to see the real plant we will endeavour to send you a picture, But I find pictures very deceiving and we price our plants very reasonable for the age, size and species.
